LEADERSHIP
Paving the way forward
Jeff Lamberti
Board Chair
“My long term vision for Bridges of Iowa is to see it grow to be an organization that serves men and women in Central Iowa in both a prison diversion role, but also in helping men and women with addiction problems who are not in the corrections or court system. With twenty years of experience, we know that the Bridges long-term treatment plan is highly successful. ” – Jeff Lamberti
Jeff Lamberti was appointed as Bridges of Iowa’s Chair of the Board to help us sustain and expand our life-saving services. Jeff served in the Iowa Senate and the Iowa State House was a member of the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, and a Board Member for Casey’s General Stores. Jeff is the President of the On With Life Foundation and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Youth Homes of Mid-America and the DMACC Foundation Board. Jeff has a JD, MBA, and BA from Drake University. One of his initial actions is a comprehensive board-member search to develop our Board so that it will be filled with community leaders and community funders like you to further secure our future mission and meet the existing and ever-increasing needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Patrick Coughlin
Chief Executive Officer
“We’ve been helping people and saving lives in Central Iowa for more than 20 years, but we can’t do it alone. Half of our $4 million dollar annual budget comes from private donors like you! Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced many to reduce the amount they are able to give. Sadly this loss comes at a time when many people need help more than ever. At Bridges we know that spending money on treatment isn’t really spending, it’s investing. Investing in people’s lives. Investing in children and families. Investing in our community. Please give generously to help us help others.” – Patrick Coughlin
Patrick Coughlin is the Chief Executive Officer of Bridges of Iowa. He has been involved in the treatment industry for nearly three decades. He has a Master of Public Administration from Drake University, a Bachelor of Social Work from University of Northern Iowa, and is credentialed as an Alcohol and Drug counselor at the International level. He is focused on the long-term stability of the important work Bridges of Iowa does as well as increasing the scope and quality of services.
